I'm a bit annoyed that EVGA never sent an email confirming receipt of the card or dispatch of the new ICX. Also that they give you a tracking number but no link to any courier service they use.

The email saying your icx card has been registered to your account should come through. I also have a ups account, (usa user, not sure if UK has the same thing available) and I received a ups notification the moment the shipping label was created. If you ever use UPS, it doesnt hurt to create an account because they send you all sorts of updates.

All the 1080 folks P&M about the wait time, try having a 1060 6gb or a 1060 3gb that falls in to the ICX upgrade category.
1060 6gb product page shows Auto Notify/ $ TBD for a FTW2 w/ICX
1060 3gb FTW2 w/ICX doesn't even exist on a product page
IMO, take your time...........use what you have...............in a sense it extends your 90 day step up that much longer.............If you want to go that route with the selection provided anyway.

Nope not received a thing, I've gone and checked the main couriers with the tracking number on my iCX upgrade page. Howdy, not really aimed at you, but I'm not P&M about the wait on the card. But I'm just annoyed at lack of communication, lack of communication is at the top of my pet peevs list (I'm a military fella, and desks don't speak to each other on Sqns), it just riles me up.... just an email stating what was going on would be a great help.

Not directed towards you either, apologies if you thought that. Just a general statement is all, I agree communication is key. Thank you for your service.( I DO have to state that since I do respect those who have chosen to serve) I have never served but both my boys are active duty stationed state side for now.

Yes, FTW iCX to FE only unforts, but the EVGA's FTW3 isn't even out yet.... just the FE cards for the time being. I'm torn between sending in this iCX and getting FE... I want the LED monitoring you get with the non FE cards.

IIRC, my last step up from a 980 Ti to a 1080 ACX 3.0 I had to register the card myself. It's not a big deal since you technically "ordered" the card from EVGA.

Send an email to support@evga.com and ask them to register it. It is a glitch that happened a while back and they thought it was fixed. When you register it yourself, it will not register the same as EVGA was able to.

Applied for my 1070 ftw on Feb.16 in the u.s. request was approved on Mar.16 and paid and mailed it that day. Evga mailed my new icx card on Mar.21 and i received a e-mail that the card auto registered on Mar.22 delivery is scheduled for Mar.27 but the new card already shows in my list of products on evga site.

Approved, paid, and shipped today March 23, 2017. Lol, I had to buy a stand in card for the X99 so spent $50 on a EVGA 560ti  , locally, to tide me over. Figure it'll be good to use for the step-up wait too. Whew. So happy to have things moving.
