A email saying like "hey we're slowly going through requests and will eventually contact you with more info" or something would of been nice just so we're not in the dark. It's been about a month without hearing anything.

I received my card yesterday, when I look at the step up details it says I only have a 74 day window to step up. I thought we had a 90-day window to step up with the iCX upgrade.

90 days from date shipped. What day does it say purchased?

I think it is paid for. Its just like any other card purchase, it goes off of purchase date. I apologize for being misleading earlier. I really need sleep, lol.

Not sure I can be without my desktop for 3 weeks while I ship the card back and wait for EVGA to get the new one to me.  At this point, I'm thinking it would be quicker to buy a 1080 Ti and just move on and pitch the ACX card in the trash.

This is why we want people to include the card they are upgrading. Yes it makes a difference as there are different queues based on the cards.

You guys.. first and foremost, moderators are just members that help keep the forum clean of vulgar language and spam posts. We do not work for EVGA, so calling out to us about your status doesnt do anything. We cant change your queue or anything.


Next, not everyone here has shared their part number.. they dont even name a model name in many posts. Your queue placement is based on region, part number, and time entered. None of that is available to a moderator unless you post it here. Even if you post it here, you are clearly replying to people who have not provided even a model name, and wondering why they are ahead of you. I cant help with that, and neither can any other moderator. I can promise EVGA is making their way through the list as quickly as they can. Aside from reassurance, I can only provide you with clean forums and removing double posts.

Example, nozler says, "applied, approved" what part number? You are assuming without knowing if he is talking about a 1060, a 1070, or a 1080. You dont know if it is a sc, ftw, or a reference clock. There are a lot of variables you are not taking into account.

There are LOTS of people that havent giving information that was requested. Quite frankly, I get tired of repeating the same thing over and over and users refuse to just simply read the posts that are available. It took me less than two minutes to go through every post in this thread and see that nozler and many others havent provided any information that was requested that makes a difference in the queue.. you see a date and dont care about the rest.

Curious to know if EVGA has given a time frame as to when they expect to be completed with the iCX upgrades.  Also, with the 1080 ti frenzy, I wonder if they will divert more of their allotment towards this upgrade.  

I doubt it, but I'm sure they are trying to work through it as quick as they can.
 
@Scarlet-Tech I know what you mean about people not including the details that matter. I believe I counted 5 with no region, 5 with no part (and that is being loose about proper part numbers) and 3 that didn't mention when it was applied.
