I have 23 days left for Step-Up. If it takes longer than that to get approved for the ICX upgrade, will it still reset to 90 days? Is there a chance that I am not approved for ICX and that I would then be out of luck on both Step-Up and the ICX upgrade??

I got my 980ti SC a year ago then stepped up to 1080 SC, then upgraded to 1080 SC2 ICX, i ended up getting another 90 day step up starting on the day my ICX was shipped, which I'm planning on getting the 1080ti ICX, hopefully they make and offer it for step up since they don't offer SC or FTW cards for step up, I was able to get the 1080 SC on my last step up cuz of the major delay, they upgraded me for free

How did you get to the payment page? I've had the email asking for payment and clicked the link in the email but it just takes me to the original icx sign up page. I'm logged into my account but can't pay....confused!

Yeah I was trying whilst signed in. All sorted now though, the problem was with trying to do it off my phone. Worked fine from my laptop. Thanks to everyone who tried help

Trouble is on the pay page it doesn't tell you where you will have to send your old card to... this can make a difference on whether its worth it. I'm in UK so sending it to USA wouldn't be worth it. Why aren't the European addresses not shown.

Brea, California is where they told me to send mine casjen. TBH thats where they told me to send it, I live in southern california. im not sure if there are additional service centers of operation. They should have a listing of offices on the box or their website.

I waited until Feb. 28 to put in my ICX request, because I wanted to be toward the back of the line, in order to make sure I had the longest potential step up window. I'm fine with that. My 1080 SC has been working great for the last 9 months. I'll be more than happy whenever I get the ICX upgrade and parlay that into a 1080ti. I don't care if it's a founders edition - I'll be putting a water block on it anyway.

I got the replacement yesterday. No issues with it and seems to idle cooler than the SC.
