OC Scanner reboots PC?

Using EVGA Precision X1 1.2.0 with the following specs:
EVGA RTX 3090 K|NGP|N
Intel i9 10900k
ASUS Maximus XII Apex
32GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB @ 3600 MHz
EVGA Supernova 1600 P2


My PC reboots whenever OC Scanner gets to around 45%. Any help? I'm on the latest Nvidia driver, latest BIOS, and latest GPU BIOS.

    Something isn't stable...are you OC'ing anything other than the vid card?

    Nope. Running the CPU at stock, even tried RAM at stock and it didn't fix it.

    Before doing this, I called EVGA and asked for their help and the support member told me to downgrade EVGA Precision X1 to an older version. So, I downgraded to 1.1.7 and lo and behold, it works fine.

    i rarely update my graphics drivers because of this, when i find a stable one i stick with it for a while before updating

    Yeah it happens in Precison, Afterburner and the new geforce performance scan. Turn power limit back to 100% and it will work. Well did for me.
