Numerous fake Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics cards sold on Ebay

Fake versions of Nvidia graphics cards are currently being offered on eBay at rather low prices (which should be your first hint), a report by c't uncovers quite a bit. Chinese traders mark old Fermi graphics chips as GeForce GTX 1060. If you see an analog VGA connector on the card product photos, that's your biggest hint.

    And has become a lot more prevalent in recent months. It’s disgusting.

    Sounds like a good use for TechPowerUp's GPU-Z v2.12.0 new feature of detection for fake graphics cards using old relabeled graphics cards. 
     
     
    But that's old news GPU-Z v2.13.0 released today.
     
    Edit: Ha-ha, I guess I should have read the linked article before posing as Hilbert Hagedoorn did mention the new addition of such. Oh well.

    There are so many fake GTX 960 cards on eBay it's pathetic. Didn't know the GTX 1060 was getting hit now.
