Can I connect my NU Audio Sound card to external power supply (for HDD) 2A  12V? will it disturb the card if I do? Best Regards, Radi!

    No.
    1) The Nu Audio needs a real SATA power connector with all voltages available. The Nu Audio doesn't work with just 12 volts.
    2) It's not wise to use multiple power supplies because the grounds can be at different potentials and cause the voltages to be at different potentials in relation to eachother.

thats good to know, just saved my precious sound card. I am losing high and mids for some reason(not much , but they sound to me lowered) . I solved the problem with topping external dac connected to the spdif card output.. but its kinda sad I cant use the nu audio analog conectors.
I even thought to buy second pc power supply and to place it near the PC ;0. I guess its kinda overkill...Thanx
