Notification issue but Ordering issue

I received notification about 3 hours ago that I could purchase my Z590.  When I click the link in the email it takes me to the Checkout page but it indicates that the qty is 0 and won't let me select or change it to a 1.  Just above the basket it says my cart is empty yet it's showing the Z590 listed (just with 0 qty).  Clicking Go to Checkout does nothing.  Anyone else having this problem or know what to do?  I didn't have any issues a few weeks ago when I got my 3090 FTW3 notification.

    They're having issues with the order page. Some folks trying to buy GPUs are also having problems. They said to just try later in the day to see if the site has been fixed.
     
    Alternatively, you can try a different browser to see if that works, or reply to the email you received and tell them you're having problems, but do want to order the board. They should be able to help you out.
     
    Just curious, what was your notify time-stamp?

    Got an email from Support that said to log out and log back in,  then hit the link in the email.   I just tried it and it worked perfectly.

    Good to know for the future for anyone who needs it.  This issue is one of my fears about buying things online.  Its happened to me with the newegg shuffle once too.
