Normal temps? i7 8700k CLC 280 GTA V

Are normal temperatures when playing GTA V? With the CLC 280 watercooling? While I play it goes to 60 but it gives different jumps to 70

    in a noctis 450, the watercooling has to be pulling inwards as in the photo? Or you have to draw air out
