After the windows 10 Creators up date I have no sound. I checked and it is saying that no sound card or even the on board sound of the  motherboard is not connected. I have 99x classified. and creative sound card Will I have to reinstall drivers?? Any help??

Have you checked the control panel settings under Sound?  I'd check there first before reinstalling the drivers.

Use this Associate Code at your checkouts or follow these instructions for Up to 10% OFF on all your EVGA purchases:

You probably will have to install the drivers. Also if the onboard sound is disabled on the motherboard it might be worth enabling it and seeing if that works. It might not be ideal but it could be the difference between sound and no sound until an update comes out.

Also might want to check the audio output options in Windows to make sure it's not got some random odd thing selected as the speaker. I had an no audio on my laptop then realized that it was trying to use my Bluetooth headphones which I had charging in the other room and couldn't hear.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.
