Hi i sent my gpu for rma since 20 days its stuck on the custom clearance for 12 days now because they need information from evga and they are not responding i emailed them and they are responding too i need help asap they will return the card to me after 5 days, i can't send it again! it costs 100$

    Welcome to the forums and I apolgozie for any inconvenience. I have forwarded this to our Europe team to look into and contact DHL and contact you directly.

    Hi i received a call just a minute ago from dhl saying that nobody contacted with them about the shipment and they need evga email or phone number or they will return the shipment.

    if you can provide me with the german phone number please, i received a call now from dhl saying that they need your number to call you from saudi arabia because they need some papers to do the custom clearance.
