No offense or disrespect just pointing out a small I think problem.
At least the first question to me seems like i'm going to guess question. Let me show you what I mean. Copy and paste of my support tickets. Included also are all the pics I included. First he asks me for a revision number on the back which their isen't its just a model number (which is already included in the registered GPU/prefilled out area for the support ticket. And then asks for BIOS version numbers which I included with GPU-Z screen shots.
1st question which do you actually need? and 2nd question is about streamlining the help so to speak. If indeed there is a revision number on the back and I just missed it and also needed the BIOS version number. Why not ask for the both at the same time so I could of had all the needed info in the very first answer ensted of taking the time to answer multiple questions when it all could of been answered in one?

OK 1st is the Normal working BIOS and 2nd is the problematic OC Bios.
Question 9/12/2019 8:30:06 PM
The two attached pics are the only things on the back I could find except for the long barcode/serial number sticker down by the pci-e connector.

Hello,
Thank you for the reply, we would need the bios version of the video card. You can download GPU-z and run and it will provide you the bios version. Please do reply back to us with that information so we can further assist you.

Question 9/12/2019 1:01:06 AM
I have owned this card since April But just the other day I decided to give the BIOS switch a try and use the OC bios and thats when I ran in to problems. No matter what I did play a game or just sitting at the desktop I would get random crashes. Some crashes would just be a driver crash and some would be a hardware crash and would lose signal to the monitor and the one fan closest to the HDMI/Display port connectors would go full blast. But everything works 100% fine on the normal BIOS even my +110 core +1050 Mem overclocks.
I'm wondering if I could get a copy of the RTX 2070 FTW3 Ultra OC BIOS file to see if a flash will fix my problem?

Hello Albert,
Thank you for contacting EVGA Support, I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with the dual OC bios on the card we'd be happy to provide you with the bios for that card however the card might have a slightly different revision then some other cards we have here, could you provide us with a picture of the back of the card where there should be a sticker with a revision number so it ensures we provide you with the proper oc bios, thank you in advance we'll be awaiting your reply.
