I've just started my computer for the first time, and it's not connecting to the internet.
It's plugged directly into the modem.
I've updated the bios, then the chipset before the IntelLAN driver.
Upon "completion" of the intelLAN driver installation, it tells me "Cannot install drivers. No intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer."
The pdf manual says to use the usb drive, which I did not receive with my motherboard.
Motherboard type is z390 FTW ATX LGA 1151.  OS is windows 10 64 bit.

Find access to another PC and with a USB stick copy all of the drivers from https://www.evga.com/support/download/

Then install them from the USB stick. Check in the BIOs if any Intel items are turned off.

Additionally, there should be no 'Problem Devices' flagged in Device Manager.

Device Manager can give you valuable clues about problems if any exist.

Thanks for the help.  The only questionable device in the manager is a PCI slot, which is likely my currently unrecognized video card.    I'm currently downloading the drivers to a flash drive.  I had them downloaded to my tablet and transferred to my computer before I unzipped them.  I don't know if that makes a difference.  Hopefully this works.

An additional question.  Of all the files in the download section, how essential is the Beta BIOS?
