I'm now writing on this forum because I'm not getting any help or answer from support about my RMA case.
On the 18/2 they received my CLC280 for a RMA (I had to pay for the international shipping).
I was then "offered" to get a CLC240 because, the CLC280 was out of stock. This was frankly insulting to be offered a inferior & cheaper product without any form of compensation.
So on the 26/2 I answered them that I would rather wait for a 280 or if they have other options they could offer. (One month ago today!)
Their answer that they would forward it to the RMA-team.
Since then I not heard anything from them. I have sent them another mail without getting a answer.
I have called their customer support & waited for in line for a almost a hour, without anyone answering. (seriously I am still waiting on the phone while I'm writing this, at thins moment).
This is infuriating!
I buy a product, I have to pay international shipping for RMA, get offered a inferior product & then am ignored/unable to get a reply from EVGA.
So now I have no product & am rapidly losing faith in EVGA.
