I believe the the 6am PT was only for launch days. I've just been keeping an eye on twitter and the forums to see about restocks for non launch days.

Nothing new in the store, so I guess more stock will be whenever. You get a chance at one if you just happen to be browsing when it drops. Unless EVGA sends out timely alerts, good luck grabbing one.

 
Jacob confirmed on twitter the earliest stock will be Monday (Monday is TBD), so no need to refresh today or over the weekend.

Where'd you see that? I must've missed it.

A few people asked yesterday/this morning about when stock would be back and he has replied generally "Not at EVGA" if someone asked if it would be up today.  Past posts in the last couple of days he said they would not update the store over the weekend, plus they want to work on further optimizations before loading more stock in.
 
He did say a bunch of stock (various 30's) has been sent to E-tailers, but he does not know when their stock will go live.

Were the XC3 models ever in stock on evga.com since launch?

Yeah, this is disappointing. One of the few days I can go to the site at 9AM EST and they don't have stock. I would like one before November 19th 😭

You and literally everyone seeking a 3080. In fact, I think over half the demand is solely because of that date. I wouldn't sweat it. Between October supposedly being a ramp month and the 3070 also launching alongside Nvidia's GPU, it should be pretty easy to grab one near the end of October/early November for the diligent. 

I'm not in a hurry. I'd like to get one ASAP, or at least I should say order one, even if I order it from EVGA and it takes a month (at least I wouldn't worry about missing a batch by a few minutes) but I'm also going to buy Zen 3 and some RAM so considering we still don't know a launch date nor if it will be the same with the CPUs (most likely, though not on the same scale as you would need a motherboard compatible and only B450 / X470 and B550 / X570 are / will be, that means people who bought Zen 2 products, and therefore less likely to upgrade as there should not be a tremendous improvement (a good one for sure but not 50% it should be more like 15%) which is fine for me because i'm running an almost 4 years old CPU that's showing its age. 

As for scalpers no worries on that side, I would never buy something from them. First I don't have the money, but second even if I did, there's already greedy retailers upping their margin where in my country FTW3 are around 980 / 1000€.... While at 800 / 830€ on EVGA (pending the price VAT issue is fixed). And I'll be honest I bought day one a XC3 for 840€ because I felt pressured but then I discovered they didn't even had one nor any dates for shipment and when asked they admitting it might take a while, so I decided to cancel my order as the sole reason I did order was to get it at worst one week later (per said on their site). And since they were dishonest of setting a high price with no stock and no idea of delays, I really had no trouble cancelling from them and even though I have to check now and then on EVGA's site, it made me feel free to cancel and to say (in my mind) bad language to those greedy folks. :P 
 
Btw EU stocks are way less replenished than US for now so that also narrows the ability to get one anyway. 

Pretty sure Jacob said no sales on the EVGA website this week/weekend until they figure out a better way to sell their products online. Can still get the cards from partner websites though.

Jacob said that there wouldn't be any cards until Monday, essentially.

Elite Members stock was just on the site like 15mins ago...

Wait, Elite members get different access?

yea i had no idea about it until i refreshed the page and it just said elite members exclusive only so could have gotten a 3080 today but not a elite member even though i have been buying form evga back when i got my 560 from them all the way up to my 9080ti but got to have there rtx line of graphics cards to be a elite member.

I saw that too, but every link under there was the same as non-elite links, and nothing was in stock. Then they removed all links after about 5 mins

Hopefully they'll have more than 7 cards available and a functioning website this time.
