Really it is cool but I also kind of worry about what we make to easy and automated as I think even after a storm people would not be ready or a week without power and internet.
On a side note I really like GE but with the current company situation I am not sure how much support I would expect after purchase with app updates.

Wonder if it has any form of security? I've heard about smart lightbulbs and other smart devices being hacked into joining a botnet as it's real easy to do, due to no security on it.
Maybe check out if that's really true however.

Because companies need to know exactly what you're eating and when.
Good grief why would anyone want this? You're still going to have to read the directions to prepare the container you can take a whole 5 seconds and read the time as well.

Also everything you buy is already tracked by the credit card companies who will quickly call and ask if you are trying to buy a new TV in another state if they notice anything suspicious. They only know it’s odd because they are tracking where you last used the card and what you normally buy.
