No Fanstop mode in 3070ti ftw3 !

Pls help my Evga 3070ti Ftw3 cant stop the fan, working all the time even 26°C
I use msi afterburner then EVGA Precision X1, only the 3th fan can stop, the other two working over 30%
Is that problem with bios switch ?
Hopefully somebody can help me out on this matter. Thks!

    I have a waterblock on My 3070ti FTW3 and even with no fans hooked up, it always shows 30% fan power in Monitoring  software regardless of temperatures

    If your card has the dual BIOS option then look for the Normal/OC switch usually near the power connectors on the GPU.  Sounds like you have it in OC mode.  That mode keeps the fans running at a minimum of about 30% or so.  The normal mode allows the fans to turn off up to a certain GPU temp.
     
    If it's in OC mode, move it to normal and reboot.  Or shutdown and move the switch to normal and start the system.

    I was wrong mine is set to OC mode  
    When i switched to normal bios fan percentage dropped to 0

    Mine is not... I switched to normal mode and the fan still work

    If your GPU is set to "Normal" mode and not OC mode, then it's possible you have some software overriding the GPU's own control.  MSI AB or PX1, etc.
     
    Did you reboot after switching to Normal mode if the PC was powered on?
    Where are you seeing that the fans are running?  Software or did you physically look at them?
    Lastly, if you still have the issue, uninstall any/all OC'ing tools (AB, PX1 etc.) and reboot.  See how things are afterwards.  Don't reinstall any software that controls GPU fans until you verify the issue is resolved.
