Got the following email. I don't even have B of A. I have Chase.       
 
 
"Date: 03/23/2017
For your security, access to Online Banking has been suspended because the number of attempts to sign in exceeded the number allowed. To regain access, you must complete the restoration process. Please follow (Link deleted so nobody clicks on it) and follow the instructions.

    I never get the bank ones.
     
    I do however get the 1-800 numbers with a guy saying " Yes, this is windows. Your computer has serious infections. Please download LogMeIn and we will help you remove them".

    Mine was in the SPAM folder also, I have to look to see if any important email are there. 
     
    Cause if your not in my address book, you automatically go to the Spam folder

    Last one said my PC contacted them.  I asked from what IP address did he get contacted ?  He could not answer

    Looks like a classic Phishing attempt.....As a rule you should never trust a link from an email. Legitimate or not.

     Haha. Sometimes you can save money by being rude. Specially when I'm at an electronics store, and the guy tells me something that's not even correct about the product, while I know differently.

    Sometime wish the gov would get involved with what companies are allowed to snoop and steel, I know its the internet but for crying out loud, this crap is getting to be more than its worth.....

    If I even answer the phone, which is a rarity unless I'm expecting a call, I just tell them, "That's funny.  I don't own a computer."  They usually hang up before I get the chance to do so.

    We write down all scam and advertising phone numbers through caller id, then they are added to the block list. We use AT&T for this.
