Hello . I got new card 3080ti ftw3 ultra , from my friend ( gift ) new amazing card. But on invoice show he's name .. ( what can I do with warranty, ) coz I m owner the card .. can I use this invoice for rma in future ?? First time with evga . ( card from newegg)

You can use that invoice and still register and will be considered the second owner, which gives you a 3 year warranty from when the card left the warehouse, not from when you/they bought it. You will also not be eligible for the step up or advanced rma/warranty options either.

No, it will still be considered second hand. You can always call evga, or email them, and tell them your situation and see if they will bend the rules for ya. All they can say is no and you end up at the same spot.

You'll still have the second hand warranty which is good for 3 years.

You can simply make your own invoice between you and your friend noting the serial number on the document and it will be 3 years from when we sent the card to Amazon. Please note it will not qualify for Cross Ship, Advanced RMA, or Extended Warranty.

Thank you for sharing.
What this means is that an invoice should be made between the person who gave the card as a gift and the new owner. Even if it is a friend or family it's important to be able to legally show ownership of the card and then after that can be established the warranty would be from the time it left the warehouse not from the time of purchase.
