    As far as the New Way to run Updates and even Apps Updates I give this upgrade an F, sorry we had this fix in the old and not ever more broken in this Creator Version.
    If you select Metered Updates can take Hours to Days under Windows Update.
    Under Apps in the Old Version you could Select What you wanted to update and even Install, under this Version it Updates Everything and installs Everything, Even if you uninstall an unwanted MS Game it will reinstall it when the next update comes out.

    Yeah, metered connection solved everything for me.  Creators update has the illusion of better update control, but it is, in fact, worse.
    I am still reinstalling things that the creators update broke.
