I'm still waiting for an RMA number so I can ship my card off to them, I'll update once I get that. Ya'll are almost there though!

I want to track this because they have been extremely unhelpful on the phone for us lol

I have a question for those who have gotten their step up cards.... are you able to purchase the extended warranty on the new card or did you need to purchase the warranty for the original card to get the extended warranty?  
 
I thought I read somewhere that the extended warranty would transfer when you step up, but if I didn't take up the original extended warranty with my first card do I have an option of doing that when I get my 3090?  With all the issues people have been getting with their 3090s, I'm thinking of buying the 10 year warranty so I'm covered for a while.  

Starting on March 1st, 2013, products registered within 90 days of purchase with the part number suffix -KR* with the exception of peripherals or power supplies will have the option to purchase an extended warranty within the regions of the Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Europe. The product must be purchased as new and from an authorized EVGA reseller to qualify for the Extended Warranty Program. The extended warranty will be available for purchase by the original owner within 90 days of the purchase date and a receipt from an authorized reseller is required to verify the purchase information and to validate the Extended Warranty purchase. Customers will have the option to purchase either the 5 year or 10 year program, extending the warranty by an additional 2 or 7 years respectively.
