It did not give me an option to enter an associate code. Also, for what it's worth, they also only gave me the original MSRP credit for my 3080Ti. I bought a card from a retail store, that was obviously marked up, and I only received $1429 of credit on a card I paid $1599 for. So in the end, I should have bought a 3090 from a scalper for $2000 on Amazon 6 months ago....lol Still love EVGA - without them and this awesome process, I would probably never get a 3090.

EVGA deducts MSRP, not store price. It's in the Step Up rules.

Why shipping cost is so expensive $95, what other less expensive options are available?
My shipping cost is $33 for UPS 3-Day select. I feel like I remember selecting the shipping options when I submitted for Step-Up. It may have something to do with the extended warranty? At any rate, I hit Step 5 of 5 yesterday and will probably ship my card out tomorrow. Hopefully my old GTX 1080Ti can get me by for a few weeks while my cards take a trip across the USA.

You bought a GPU, sold it to EVGA, then bought another GPU. I'm not sure why you think you should only pay taxes once. We're lucky we don't have to pay taxes for the sale/trade in of our GPU. Yeah....UPS Ground.... says it should be there by next Wednesday though. This is not to throw any shade at EVGA - I gladly paid that kind of insurance and for the UPS certified packaging because I would probably explode if my card got lost or damaged and wasn't insured. Soo glad I held on to my old 1080 Ti.
