So, I went and replaced my entire front stage in my Home Theater. My old speakers which I bought back in 2007 were B&W 604s3's with the B&W LCR-60 for center. They have been replaced with a pair of JBL Studio 590's for L/R, and a single Studio 580 for center. I'm not finished with the setup yet. I need to extend a few cables so I can hide them. Since the 580 is a floor stander, I had to move my entertainment center. so I relocated all my gear to a stereo rack just to the left of the speakers, but that puts them just a bit out of reach of some of my existing cables. I set it up last night. Here is a pic of where I stopped and went to bed.

My receiver is the Marantz SR-7008. It's a few years old now, but I love it.

I am a big fan of JBL speakers. I have their cinema 350 sub and soundbar for the TV and it sounds very good. Also replaced the speakers in my Foxbody Mustang, dash, door and rear with JBL GTO series speakers They sound great. Very good bass, mids and highs. At least to my old ears anyway.

Yeah, I love this thing. I only wish it did 4K and Dolby Atmos.

I cannot say enough about these speakers. They are simply awesome. They just disappear and leave nothing but a wall of clear, natural, amazing sound.

I am willing to bet the lows sound great. In my car the JBLs sound so good. I was going to add a sub but said the heck with it. Sound good enough with out the sub, even the 5.25 in the doors have enough bass for me. If I were to add the sub I have sitting in the basement, the speaker in it will be swapped out for a JBL 10in.

Still here. Just broke buying PC parts. I was never a huge fan of JBL stuff but those are pretty sweet and the reviews seem pretty good.

The wall of sound must be amazing for bringing you into the movies and would give you a great clean sound for music.

JBL Studio 530/580/590 are excellent. They now have new Studio 230 much cheaper than 530 but almost same quality. But I don't understand you should both real center speaker from JBL Studio series... This is Central Speaker from Studio 5xx Series, Studio 525 CBK For me is Central Speaker very important, more than Subwoofer. If speakers are good Subwoofer could be delayed but my recommendation to everybody is to buy Left, Right and Central together from same complete. This is JBL big Home Cinema with Subwoofer, Subwoofer models are 550P and 560P. But if you ask me I would use only 2x Rear, Central and maybe Subwoofer. If someone make homecinema and want to buy speakers for 1000$ example better sound will come from 2 + central, than 5.1 for 1000$.

Other people who can't afford so much but again want good speakers could go on JBL Studio 230 + 235 Central. Their Subwoofer is 260P. Or good spekears are Wharfedale Diamond 225 + 220 Central. In my country on summer will be discount, price will be 450 euro for 2 Speakers and Central. Sound from them is amazing compared to any speakers. Only need AV Reciver and music or movies from computer will sound amazing. I still didn't decide between Floorstand or Bookshelf. But definitely I will buy first only 3 speakers, Left-Right-Central. Later maybe Subwoofer. Central will stay below TV and speakers on side.

I still love JBL only my wife doesn't allow loud stereo in our home. The only music I can listen to is on my PC with my headphones on. Congrats on this audio system. Need some cable management though. My suggestion would be to go down to a do it yourself store and pickup some cordhider: https://www.lowes.com/pd/...ite-Cord-Cover/3549916
