Got a new job making $4hr more vs my former joke job. Doing Deli, Bakery and In-door Grill. I'm doing anything from scratch dough French bread, Tri-tip sandwiches off the grill, to Deli to scratch made donuts...

So far I'm pretty happy, other than the 3 nights a week I have to sleep during the day, but I'll get use to it. Then 2 days a week grilling. It's been fun learning baking, scratch yeast dough can be a pain lol...

I'll get health insurance, 40+ hours a week, hour lunch breaks, paid vacation, PTO, sick time and I like the management.
