I paid with PayPal. No issues. Landed the 3755 today. Used enewts associate code. (Thank you!)

Congratulations and thanks for using my Associate’s Code for your 3% discount.

To answer the question, yes they allow PayPal but they are very particular about the shipping address being the same as the account's address in PayPal.  EVGA tries hard to avoid shipping to freight forwarders or using non-North American-based payment sources.  So, if folks from outside North America are waiting on the North American queue for a card, please plan accordingly (e.g., find a friend in the US who can buy it for you, ship it to their house, and then ship to you).  The biggest issue I have seen with purchasing from the queue over the last three plus months has been around folks trying to get around the geo-limitations EVGA has established.

Please use my Associate Code at your checkouts for up to 10% discounts on all your EVGA purchases: VDN2319M4O569J4

Cool, cause that will be responsible for 5 fans involving my GPU rad push-pull and extra fan above it for exhaust

“Nothing is going back to normal.” I just heard that on the Bloomberg channel...yes, I am listening to talking heads ponder the import of a bunch of Redditors rebel against the Shorts…. “Nothing is getting back to normal.” Not sure I agree with that. It seems like we are slowly scratching out a new normal. Hopefully, over time, a better normal?!?

So much remains uncertain...except our watch. We remain on the proverbial wall. And, tomorrow, we go again.

Enjoy your evening.

So I’m a little late to this party.  I’ve been watching the EVGA website every few days since the Hydro Copper was announced, and I missed the auto-notify opportunities.  I didn’t realize how much info was being distributed on this forum until now.  Because of my work, I can’t sit next to a PC all day to keep checking the website, does anyone have an intel when the next auto-notify for any of the 3080 or 3090 Hydro Copper SKU’s will open up?

"Scored" a 3090 on the Amazon today. This one: EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra Gaming, 24GB GDDR6X, iCX3 Technology, ARGB LED, Metal Backplate, 24G-P5-3987-KR

For $2300, I imagine? Yeah, I'm avoiding the scalping Amazon is allowing right now. It's as bad eBay there right now.

According to this I’m still ONE HOUR away on the 3751! 😭 I’m hoping it comes out before April. I’m getting angsty, the notification hasn’t happened for me at all.

@enewt:  I've said this before, but I want you to know that I really appreciate all you do for this forum!  So do a ton of the members, too!

Anyway, I saw another message here in the forum, and realized that you cannot track what is not reported.  My bad.  I couldn't figure out how to add my notifies to a spreadsheet, but can you do it?  Here are mine:

24G-P5-3987-KR 12/24/2020 10:12:34 PM PT No
24G-P5-3985-KR 12/24/2020 10:12:20 PM PT No

10G-P5-3897-KR 9/21/2020 10:05:17 AM PT No

Originally, I just wanted any 3080 card, but then just started adding myself to the queues in hopes of getting any card!  LOL  Who would ever have thought this to be so difficult!

Anyway, I have my eyes open for a 3090 from any other legit source (e.g., at msrp).  I really want an EVGA card based on past experience with the brand, but I would also purchase one from Asus as well.  Note that I am only after one (1) card - once I get that one, I will remove all the other notifies.

Again, I really appreciate all you do to keep the forum's spirits up, and honestly, EVGA should do something special for you for all this hard work...your new card should be "on-the-house" as far as I am concerned.

I hope this information helps!  Thanks, amigo!

Regards,

Bob~

No kidding. I follow a Discord that uses a bot and if you're fast enough you can catch regular retail pricing.

Yeah, the MSRP sold by Amazon is $1869 and on occasion, Amazon throws up a backorder for shipping (I think February on this particular GPU)

Thanks rcosika; I appreciate your kind words.  While I appreciate the effort you put into listing out your timestamps, I actually only track timestamps once they've received "invite to purchase" emails.  Please do report back to the thread when you get the good news of an "invite to purchase" email (it should come from ordernotify@evga.com).

Based on your timestamps, I think it will be a race to see which of the following sku queues reach your registrations first: the 3897 (less than 3 days away and well outside of its first congestion period) and the 3898 (less than five minutes away but right, smack dab in the middle of its congestion).

Any reason why you registered for air-cooled and waterlogged 3080s, but only air-cooled 3090s?

Best of luck!

Please use my Associate Code at your checkouts for up to 10% discounts on all your EVGA purchases: VDN2319M4O569J4

For $2300, I imagine? Yeah, I'm avoiding the scalping Amazon is allowing right now. It's as bad eBay there right now.

Negative, price was $1869

No kidding? Every listing I see for that card on Amazon is at least $2000+

No kidding. I follow a Discord that uses a bot and if you're fast enough you can catch regular retail pricing.

wow ..what a joke the same cards everybody has been waiting months for are popping up
on ebay by the hundreds while the people wait on this dead list.EVGA is more concerned
about 2nd party sellers than actual customers.do yourself a favor go elsewhere i did
and have had it for months.why stay loyal when they are not.

and yet......you are still here posting.

wanted to see where i would have stood had i waited doesnt even look like in 2021
i would have scored one.and my numbers are months earlier than yours.your beating a dead horse
i get it.ive owned 5 EVGA cards and my loyalty was strong.but watching what they are doing w/3080s
i have no regrets and have no desire to support them any longer.good luck

theres an old saying the sqeeky wheel gets the grease..make some noise people enough is enough !!!!

I have been seeing a lot more EVGA cards at other sites like Newegg.  This likely means they are limiting what they send to the queues.  Any way to know what that ratio is?   After waiting since September i would have hoped for more, well... focus.  I know beggars cant be choosers but it just seems like things are getting worse.  Minutes away but seconds are days here and April is coming fast.  Can we get some transparency here so we know what to expect like a cut off time in each queue of what is expected to be reached by April?   should i be jumping ship and trying for one through Newegg?  Feels like i wasted a lot of time holding out for the queue.
Got any advice?

This concern you mention leads to another aspect of this situation that I find very concerning: Many of us have held out hope for not only an EVGA card, but also a chance to get one from this queue in order to be able to just pay online and have a piece of hardware shipped to you like the "good ol' days". Rather than play the F5 game, install trackers, or camp out at a microcenter, we have been waiting in this queue, hoping to send some money to EVGA without the "middle-man" retailers getting their cut. All the margin would go to EVGA (that Nvidia allows them, at least).

Many of us probably could have snagged a card at a microcenter or on bestbuy.com, or possibly even a Newegg drop BEFORE the price hikes started happening. Now there are few MSRP or near-MSRP cards left, even at Best Buy, which seems to have resisted raising prices the best. I am finding it HIGHLY doubtful that EVGA will fulfill all the queues or even HALF the queues before their price matching policy expires in April.

All the while, they continue to ship cards to their favorite retailers instead. Makes me wonder if they have some contractual minimums to uphold with resellers like Newegg and Best Buy...?

Some transparency would be AMAZING. Seriously. I can't see it doing anything but good for those of us waiting here and following, especially the loyal EVGA fans that span YEARS of supporting EVGA with our $$$.

"I hate to break it to you, but it looks like we're not getting more than a handle of the Gaming SKUs. Hopefully you're on another queue or can purchase a GPU elsewhere."

... something like that. Or if it's good news, even better! "Hey, we apologize for the slow crawl on fulfilling some of our SKUs, but Nvidia has set more stipulations on which versions we manufacture, and that is why you've seen such peculiar numbers on our drops. We are expecting a big increase in X-SKUs within the next two months!"

Like, whatever. Just say SOMETHING. PLEASE!

While I agree the trickle of information is frustrating, I'm still greatful for EVGA's queue system. It at least gives me hope (however slim that hope seems to be come with each day). At least this process makes it harder for scalpers/bots too.
