She's installed! Should I stress test or just use it for a few days before removing myself from the queues? Downloading Cyberpunk now to give it a workout at 3440x1440 later today...

Nice setup! And congrats on the card. Stress test would be fine if you want to make sure it's all good. But gaming should reveal anything as well.

Good luck on the drops today guys, just some reminders:

Don't forget to use an Associate's Code during checkout, it will save you 3% off your GPU purchase, and up to 10% on other purchases. All you have to do is use the code at checkout (a few useful ones: Mine: 47AQQ6KPU2IZNXY - Enewt's: VDN2319M4O569J4 ) or click the links there & it will make a cookie to insert the code automatically during checkout, then when you receive your card, be sure to register it & upload your invoice from the EVGA order page. My eVGA bucks from this in particular will be going to a Z590 Dark board, so I appreciate anyone that uses my code greatly ;)
Keep in mind if you're ordering a Hybrid card: the tubing is 400mm in length, and the radiator + fan combo is about 56mm thick; Hybrid card radiator exhaust can be in excess of 34-41C air, having it setup as intake is not recommended even in a CPU AIO/GPU AIO setup, as unless you have a very high core count CPU that puts out more than 400W of heat, the GPU radiator will always be the hotter of the two.
If you purchase a card elsewhere, it's best not to remove your notify queues until you receive the card, just to be on the safe side, as if you do remove it then have to requeue, you would be at the back of the line. Once you receive your card & remove yourself from other queues, kindly let us know which cards you removed yourself from queue for, so that others in those queues know they've effectively moved up a spot.
It is recommended that you have, at the bare minimum, a quality 750W (or in my opinion, 850W) PSU for a 3080, and at least a 850W (or in my opinion, 1000W) PSU for a 3090, especially if you plan to overclock your CPU and/or other components at all. Keep in mind that OCed CPUs quickly go up in power draw in most cases, i.e. a 95W TDP CPU like a 9900K can get up to 170-190W of draw from a simple 5GHz OC like mine. Even if you're running a 3080 on a stock system, I would definitely recommend against going with less than 750W at a bare minimum, just to avoid any future issues.

Currently working on the Kingpin install so wish me luck.

What are my chances for the 3090 FTW3 Hybrid or 3090 XC3 Ultra Hybrid? My queue position is 12/18 7:30 AM.

Also for those who wants a card quicker, newegg drops are relatively easy to get for the 3090s. I've managed to snag 3 of the 3090s on there, as well as a 3080, two 3070s, and a 6800XT. Just be sure to refresh at 7, 7:30, and 8:00 P.M. every weekday. Sold pretty much all but one 3090, and my gaming x trio 3090 will do for now until I can get my hands on a 3090 hybrid..........

You are weeks away from a Hybrid drop for either of those cards.  I think it unlikely to drop before Valentine's day.  I hope I am wrong; best of luck!

I'd rather they make only 3080 ftw3 ultra until I get mine, then switch to whatever

Ftw3 ultra hybrid you mean XD

Since we're playing that game, they need to move the 3885 first, then you guys can have your hybrids  :p

I agree with the 3885 statement, I've been at 54 minutes for 3 weeks now, they need to drop some of these this week.

what about this one?

I thought long and hard about that one. Even considered putting it on the wall under a couple of other framed pieces of Star Wars art that I have in my office. What made me decide not to is a couple of things ... 1. Despite being their newest 2020 model, they still didn't add HDMI 2.1 support. I know that sounds silly, but I feel like for what they cost, it should be included at this point in the game. That brings me to point 2. The 32" is roughly what a 43" regular QLED would cost, if memory serves, and I don't really see any practical benefit other than the cool framed artwork look it can display when not in use. I think that's a great feature, and I can see me getting a TV like that some day, but right now it's too much of a premium for such a niche feature.

That model definitely has been on my radar though, although I think the bezels are also a little big for where I want to put it, making the 32" take up as much room as a 43" would. (I think they might be customizable? Maybe you can get one without the thick bezel...)

Ok, these last five weekdays of January...now is the time to get our cards.  This debacle has gone on long enough.  Let's finish this thing!  Go get your card!

Hi,
Sorry for the likely millionth time asked, but are we still looking at at least 1-2 months for users that signed up ~2 weeks ago?
Seriously wish I knew the card I needed a month ago, I could be draining my bank account today :`(

Which card?

Sorry, should have specified
Either the 3080 Xc3 Ultra, or the hybrid version. Whichever comes first at this point.

If you signed up for the 3080 XC3 Ultra in 2021, you are likely looking at more than 10 weeks, minimum.  Sorry I don't have better news.

Try months. I signed up in early October for that card and I I'll be lucky if I get an invite in 10 weeks.

That card hasn't had the best of drops of late.

Because you seek a 3090, and not a 3080, I do think you will come in prior to April 16.  I 3080 is going to be a much tougher call with that date stamp.  Best of luck!

I never felt like my F5ing was generating any utility for anybody...just degrading myself and my keyboard.  At least with the summary effort, I feel like I am helping folks...that my effort is not entirely in vain.  Even delivering bad -- but realistic -- forecasts...feels more productive than just cursing the darkness and the empty EVGA warehouse shelves.

Just be sure to refresh at 7, 7:30, and 8:00 P.M. every weekday. Sold pretty much all but one 3090, and my gaming x trio 3090 will do for now until I can get my hands on a 3090 hybrid..........

Yeah, which time zone, and you mean 7pm, 7:30pm, and 8pm? Just hoping to clarify! I have had zero luck stalking Newegg or Best Buy. Haven't been able to grab anything since I lucked out at best buy on my 5900X on release day last year, and that was quite an adventure...

Emails have gone out already to people. We dont know exactly which models so far since there is no roadmap and reports are non-existent more or less atm.

If you havent gotten an email around this time, you probably arent getting one today generally.

So far only 1 person seems to have reported in, but there is a drop, we just don't know what cards atm.
