No idea. If I am a betting man, I doubt we will see invite to purchase emails go out tomorrow afternoon (and possibly tomorrow morning might be a no-show as well) because when they send out the invites, the recipient has 8 hours to make the purchase. That would put shipping in a difficult spot given the holiday....Again, total speculation on my part.

You know what, with the front door open I should be able to hear the neighbors dog. Even though I've pet the dog numerous times and he knows me, he still barks without fail when I go to check the mail. He'll for sure bark at the UPS bro

I have seen countless reports of EVGA helping out folks that missed their 8 hour window. That shouldn't be a concern of anybody in this thread so long as you demonstrate to EVGA an intent to purchase within a reasonable time frame relative to your purchase window. Reply to the "invite to purchase" email informing them that you are having difficulty getting through the checkout and, if you want to take the extra step, call customer service. EVGA wants real enthusiasts to get these cards. We've all waited -- as patiently as possible -- and EVGA will go the extra mile to make sure we get our allocated card. Have faith but be vigilant. Been playing the new Avengers game the last two days, must say the implementation of DLSS 2.1 is amazing, getting 100FPS the majority of the time (locked to my refresh rate) & everything settings wise is maxed out with DLSS on Quality. I ended up turning the refresh down to 60Hz as that seemed to fix a crashing issue I was having on the Tundra level, apparently that's a common thing so I'll be bumping back up to 100Hz & seeing if the issue presents itself again, it's a Driver Hung error thing from the game itself. But overall, I really hope more games get DLSS 2.0/2.1 implemented properly with the Quality setting, it does an amazing job of both good looking anti-aliasing & improving frame rate vs native resolution. This is on a 3080 FTW3 Ultra of course, running at 1980MHz 875mV - and my PC is at stock, imagine I'd have even more flatlined FPS if I set back to 5GHz, I just haven't switched my settings back yet, I tend to run at stock whenever I'm just downloading something to save power/stress on the hardware. BTW that game is half off on Steam right now if anyone is interested in it & hasn't gotten it yet. Hope we get some 3080/3090/3070 queue movement today for all y'all's sake, these cards really are something.

I was hoping to get the FTW3 Ultra still, but my sign up time was on 9/19, so still a chunk of queue ahead of me. Gonna be a difficult 8 hours to decide, ugh...

That is a tough call. For what its worth, the 3080 FTW3 Ultra should start picking up speed too (yesterday's drop moved that queue approximately two hours), but there are likely more people signed up for the FTW3 Ultra.... Tough call. In some respects, perhaps, there might not be a wrong answer. Good luck making the decision. Oh, one more thought, if you get the order in by 2 pm PT today, there is a good chance that the card would ship today as well. I have no idea whether cards will ship tomorrow (due to the long holiday weekend).

The 3080 FTW3 Ultra queue moved 2 hours yesterday and is at 7:58 PM so, I don't know when you're trying to get the 3080 by, but if its for 12/10 for Cyberpunk I don't know if I would bank on getting it even with a 9/19 time especially since they're gonna be closed after tomorrow If you need it for CP I would get the XC3 Ultra and then get in the queue to step up to a FTW3 Ultra sometime next year Just my 2 cents, but it depends on what your deadline is for needing a 3080 cause if you don't need it for CP then just wait for the card you want

UPS has suspended any guarantees of service during COVID.
