You can try emailing both orders@evga.com and webmaster@evga.com. I am confident you will get your order taken care of by the EVGA customer service team.

You can also just reply to the invite to purchase email you received and that should work as well. If all of that fails, tweet @EVGA_JacobF and I am confident he can help get you sorted.

Did you try a different PC with different OS? I know you tried with phone but it's worth a shot, also reset your browser removing all cookies and cache.

Yep, that was my first idea as well. The only thing I can think is that I may have opened the link before leaving work and my work computer is sleeping not off... but I've removed the card from my cart, re added via the link on home comp and phone. Cart works just checkout goes to the blank page/website capacity error.
Oh well, emailed contact and orders. This is more for my cousin than me as I already got my 3080 ftw3. If anything people still on the queue should want me to fail.

Hi Enewt, small question, how can I put my name in the spreadsheet in your signature? thank you!
The link's landing tab has a "Form link" near the top. That will get you to the form for the 3080s and 3090s. Farther down on the same landing tab there is a "EVGA Notify Sheet" that will take you to a tab with a form link. HOWEVER, I caution folks that the spreadsheets have proven to be imperfect tools and over time have become less and less helpful and reliable. I have found that the best information regarding the current status of the queues come from the participants in this thread when they self-report back to this thread. Bottom line, feel free to work the forms -- if you can...they are a little buggy these days -- but if they don't work for you, don't sweat it. Use the summary table data points in contrast to your auto-notify time stamps in https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp to get a sense as to how far away you are from being in "the bubble" (likely to be in the next drop or two). When that gets close, make sure you have whitelisted EVGA ( ordernotify@evga.com) in your email client (so the email doesn't go to your spam circular file) and consistently check your in-box (at a minimum every 4 to 6 hours). Best of luck!

That is not how this thread works. You are going to get that card. Seriously, if by 9:30 am PT tomorrow morning you don't have this sorted, post back to this thread or PM me. This community will do our best to help you out. Good luck!

Hey everyone, I got a purchase notification for a 3080 XC3 Ultra. However I'm getting the "website is currently at full capacity" error. I have tried pasting it in a private browser window and I get the same error. I thought that maybe I clicked on a few pages too quickly and I was being temporarily throttled, but here I am 1 hour later and I am still getting the same error. I got the buy link 6 and a half hours ago so I'm running out of time!

Look a few posts up this thread for a larger discussion on the issue. The website is having some problems. I am confident that EVGA will take care of you. Email orders@evga.com or reply to the invite to purchase email that you received explaining the problem. Good luck!!!

I've got the same and have been trying for far too long (and nearing the end of my window). Tried all the normal solutions - cleared cache/incognito, multiple browsers, switched devices, and even switched networks for a different public IP. I don't think it is anything being provided from the client, must be something related to the account on the server side. Such an almost happy night! (Emails sent to orders + webmaster to see if they can assist)

Four hours and two minutes.... As we've discussed, now that we are through almost all of 9/17, the 3080 queue should start to pick up speed until it hits the queue announcement window around 10/5 and 10/6 at which time it will slow down again. We moved two hours today and I am betting the next significant drop for this card (which is unlikely to be tomorrow -- just stragglers of cards from today for folks who passed...) will move the timeline more than 2.5 hours.

hopefully the 18th passes by quick. my time is 10G-P5-3897-KR 9/18/2020 3:08:58 PM PT. i was up all night up till launch for the 3080 as like everyone else was not able to get it. it went straight to sold out on vnidia and best buy. but i didnt bother to hit the notify button on any of the websites because by the time i get the email it will be sold out. but after getting some sleep that day which remember i was up all night, the next day i went to evga and for some reason i decided to hit the notify me button even though i knew it was going to be useless because it will be sold out by the time i get the email. then they announced the que on 10-05. when i saw that it gave me hope. i was like wait, i hit that notify me button. then went to check my time and saw i was a day away and said to myself oh hell yeah i should have this card soon "im only one day away". but little did i know that, that one day away would be 2 month and a half later to this day lmao. i hit that button and said wth its worth a try. and thats my story. sorry for the long post. btw by the looks of thing you still think im 2 to 4 weeks away or closer?

It was so tough to believe that we were ever going to get a card after that first morning on 9/17. To paraphrase Yoda, "Futile it felt." And yet, you did hit that button. And that button did have meaning...we just didn't appreciate it at the time. And you will get a card. Believe! Regarding an estimate...I really think it depends on how quickly we get through 10 am PT on 9/18. I do think some folks will have gone to EVGA.com at the beginning of Day 2, just to see if there was anything left. And, if folks were going to hit the auto-notify button in significant numbers, it likely was going to happen in the 9 am to 10 am hour. Once we get through 10 am...I am betting 3 pm would be in the next significant drop...maybe on the bubble for falling to the second significant drop. My best guess today, in the absence of knowing how quickly we will get to, and through, the 9 am hour...2 to 4 weeks...we will know a lot more after the next significant drop. Today we moved 2 hours and it didn't feel like a "sizable drop"...it felt smaller. That is a good sign. Have faith! Good luck!!!

I think it is highly likely I will find or receive some late reports of "invite to purchase" emails being received. And, if so, I will add those to the update I send out in the morning. Tomorrow is Tuesday and...say it with me..."Everybody gets a card on Tuesday!" [As always, apologies to the movie, Dave.] ~Let's get our cards!~
Sorry to bring this to your attention. but it seems suspect to me that there may be an error in this post (again). Can you please check and see if your times are correct? Thanks for pointing this out. One of the spreadsheets has both skus at 6:09 but on further review that looks really suspicious. I am betting that there was some user error in folks self-reporting back to the spreadsheets. This is what happens when I try to get the queue up too quickly and I don't verify spreadsheet entries through my usual process. I am going to go back through my process and will post an update tonight once I've finished. Again, thanks for raising the question!

I kind of assumed something like that had to have happened. I appreciate you looking into it, as I'm sure it will take time. I went back on this topic 6 pages or so, but I never seen anything, so figured it could have been from Discord or some other source. Thanks Enewt!

Get this. The table was actually correct as drafted...at least with respect to the oddity of both skus being at 6:09:41 (based on reports). The 3751 queue moved to 06:09:41 last Thursday morning: dex3108 And email for my 3070 XC3 Black arrived. Registration date was 10/29/2020 06:09:41. But there are some issues with the checkout right now.
And the 3755 queue moved to 6:09:41 today (I actually overheard it in a Discord chat today -- and confirmed it with him on the Discord). So, in short, I disparaged the data entry of the spreadsheets in my original response. But the table was correct (based on all reports known as of 11:30 pm PT -- it is certainly possible that the 3751 queue had a straggler drop to 06:09:42...but we haven't see a report of it). Again, thanks for raising the question. Have a good night!

Already got the 3070 XC3 Black from the queue a couple weeks ago but I left my notify up for the ultra "just in case". I passed...so if you just missed the cutoff by a couple seconds at 6:09:XX maybe today is your day when she goes back in the hopper. Good luck. PartNumber DateEntered Notify Sent 08G-P5-3755-KR 10/29/2020 6:09:14 AM PT Yes I admit I considered trying to flip on eBay or something but I'm still in the step up queue for my 2070S to a 3080 from 9/18 and it just felt like bad queue karma LOL

I mean yesterday the queue ramped up quite a bit. So not that bad. I'm sure Thursday and Friday will be slower.
