Just a lurker here, but i just got my RTX 3070 XC3 Ultra E-mail. 
I was signed up at 6:09:25 AM PT.  Looks like the queue is moving quickly now.
 
Funny enough the notification went to a deleted EVGA i deleted.  When i did the notification sign up i used my deleted account.  When i realized it, i signed up with my regular account at 6:13.  Didn't think i would of gotten a notification with my deleted account but i did, remade the account and ordered it, luckily it worked.  Anyways I'd like to thank EVGA for this system, beats F5 all day in the hopes of getting lucky.
 
By the way @enewt i used your code since you have been pretty helpful in the forums.

Not to burst tonippo's bubble, but I'm 9/16/2020 4:05:41 PM PT for the 3080 Black with no notification, so I'm guessing we're still around the 2 PM mark on that front.

Thanks for posting.  While we'd all prefer the thread be farther along, your post establishes that we haven't missed the summary mark by being too conservative.  Good luck with your remaining three minutes and two seconds of queue timeline waiting period; we all hope you get good news in the next drop!

Just wanted to pop in and let you guys know i recieved my email for the 3070 ultra (08G-P5-3755-KR) at 5pm est. My notify time was 6:08:47 AM PT, so we are at that point at least. Wont be buying as i have the 3070 black, so good luck to those that are still waiting!

My sincere apologies.  I misread your post as being 14:05:41 not 4:05:41 pm.  You are approximately two hours, three minutes and two seconds from the front of the queue timeline.  I have been working with military time for too long and I erred.  My sincerest apologies.

When did the queue start for the 3070s? I'm thinking it was 10/29 very shortly after 6a PST... Which if true means it's moved very little since then.

I'm grateful there's a formal process but I wish there was more transparency. How many are in queue? How many are produced each day/wk on average? What's the ETA/outlook on additional stock? Etc, etc

10/29 at 6 am (although a few were lucky enough to grab a 5:58 am or so entry (a quick test post or some such thing).  Some queues also had a gap of about two to three minutes around 6:03 am.  I know this looks discouraging, but please keep in mind that the 3070 launch was AFTER the 10/5 announcement of the queue process, so folks knew to jump in early -- and, boy, did they!  The 3070 queues are TREMENDOUSLY front loaded and should begin to move much more quickly once we get past the first hour or so...so after 7 am to 7:30 am-ish on 10/29.

It's crazy EVGA is still fulfilling preorders from release date. So happy I'm getting mine just in time for CyberPunk 2077!

The 3070 queues are TREMENDOUSLY front loaded and should begin to move much more quickly once we get past the first hour or so...so after 7 am to 7:30 am-ish on 10/29.  

That's what I figured. So even though I'm at 6:10:26 in the 3070 queue that could literally mean anything if thousands of people were trying to hit auto-notify ever since 6a. This is where the transparency on EVGAs part would be nice. Like, my place in queue looks good but it's all relative and there's no way of knowing that.

I don't think it is thousands.  As best as a few of us have pieced together (and posted about tens of thread pages ago), there seem to be two 3070 launch day cohorts: one that started 6 am on 10/29 on the EVGA page before going to other etailers to try to F5 their way to success and a second group that did that migration in reverse (F5ing for five to ten minutes or so before heading to the auto-notify button on the EVGA webpage).  I am betting that the launch congestion for the 3070 barely makes it past 7 am...but that one hour of congestion is a doozy!
