Just grab a cheap B-stock card to tide you over or something, sale is expected to happen sometime today or tomorrow.

There was one yesterday so not so sure we will get another this week. 

Is b-stock basically pressing F5 during EVGA business hours to see if they added something, or do they announce somewhere?  Some people say 10amPT, others seem to imply it can happen at any time during the day.

I've seen 10:00, 15:00, and 17:00 PT.  I've only been paying attention to it for a few weeks, but it seems like it's all over the place.

Completely random time on a weekday from my experience. There are no announcements. 

Yes, a few months ago, it had a preset time of Tuesday at 2am CST for the actual sale while restocking the Monday before but nowadays, it's completely random throughout the weekday.

Hey guys! Notification for the 3080 XC3 Ultra came in today at 1:46PM EST. I signed up for the card at 9/18/2020 11:32:37 AM PT.

Order went through and I used enewt's associate code. So happy that EVGA has a system like this. Also, Happy May 4th everyone!

Some are trying to be nice to you.  I will throw cold water on you!  The current date for shipping this is sometime early morning on November 11, 2020. That queue has moved fairly good, but maybe a day every other week.   Your date is March.  If you get one this year I would be surprised.

You don't know how many people stays in line within this 7 minutes. We do know it for some product: 24G-P5-3989-KR Queue tracking, but EVGA removed ID and it is impossible to track it for future products...

FINALLY! I naively only initially signed up for the card I actually wanted, but after a long wait finally have one on the way...and at the originally pricing to boot. 

That is the card I originally wanted but didn't sign up for until 9/26.  That's when I gave on F5'ing since there never any in stock, so I added a bunch of the low end cards since I just wanted to upgrade my 1080 GTX.  I really hated pulling the trigger for a 3090 when I really didn't need one, but it was either that or "suffer"  with my 1080 GTX.  Ahhhh - first world problems I guess.  I did learn a lesson about the queues in the ensuing months.  But at least EVGA has a queue!

I'll report back... Usual is $40-60 clearance and 13% tax.
I selected the higher shipping to hopefully negate the clearance... For $3 extra totally worth it.
