Glad to see the queue for the 3080 Black started making some moves (I'm in the queue at 9/17/2020 7:44:43 PM PT), and hope to see bigger and bigger drops in coming weeks. I got Valhalla free w/ my processor that I bought for my new build earlier this year and waiting to play that and Cyberpunk until I can jump from my 1080 to the 3080. Big props to EVGA for being one of the few companies releasing a graphics card that will fit in the Evolv Shift Air since I wanted to go with a smaller build this time!

EVGA had one decent drop for the 3080 black and a small drop last week. You won’t see one this year. I'll be lucky to see one, I am 9/16 4:30. There are many of us on 9/16 who have yet to get an email.

I don't really expect to see one before the end of the year (only a month left to go, anyway) but after so long of it not even being touched, I'm glad to see it start to move. I have plenty of a backlog of games to play and managed to pre-order a PS5, so there's plenty for me to play during the wait.

All I wanted/needed was the basic 3080, though I signed up for everything just figuring there won't be any of the low-margin skews prioritized.  And I'm the same, I have a steam catalog full of games I've never even installed, the scalpers can keep all the cards they want and I'll wait until they have enough to feel satisfied.
 
I also consider the possibility that if I have to wait too long, there will be a refresh model with more memory available.  :-)

I'm sorry if this information is somewhere completely obvious, but I couldn't seem to find it. Where do I sign up to be in the queue for 3080s? I tried checking a few of the 3080 pages and couldn't find the prompt where to have it notify me.
 
Edit: I found it. Water cooling in the 3080 page does not have auto notify which is where I got lost. But the ftw and xc3 have the auto notify button.

My 3090 FTW3 Ultra arrived from Walmart today and boy does it feel big.  I am afraid to install it; have ordered 2 different style gpu braces and am thinking about just waiting until the braces arrive (Wed) before even trying to install it.

Just set your computer on its side ;)

Hello all, just signed up and this may be a stupid question, but where do I find the notification button? I am looking for one of the hybrid cards "EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 XC3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING, 24G-P5-3978-KR, 24GB GDDR6X, ARGB LED, Metal Backplate".
I do see the Notify button on some of the other cards but not on any of the water cooled?

That's because water cooled cards are limited quantity and all of them already has been reserved.

Hoping for some movement on the 3080 Ultra's this week. I'm about 10hrs away per spreadsheet!

Anyone see the Asus 6800XT with the AIO attached?  Pretty spiffy, they're basically copying the 240mm AIO combo eVGA is putting on the 3080.  I hope someone reviews it, would love to know temperatures & performance vs the 3080 Hybrid, though it's unlikely I'll switch since getting ahold of one of those 6800 XTs is going to probably be actually impossible.
 

 
BIG ol' mess of cables compared to have the eVGA Hybrids have been wired previous to now though.

Steve just ran a live over-clock and found base cards start off on port royal at 9400 and this card OCed better than others *by a small %* to 10400.
10% over clock is nothing to sneeze at; though Jay has air-based partner boards OCing at about 7% (half of which is out of the box performance), which is fairly good against reference boards for which no over clock that would take and which hit 9000. The 3080FE hit about 11500.
 
For reference my EVGA 3070 Black Gaming Launch edition is at about 8700 on a 3800x

I chose the auto-notify option prior to creating my EVGA account. I used the same email address for both the auto-notify and my EVGA account however the requested item is not showing in the myNotifies. The account was only created yesterday so should i be patient? I have the notification email from so I know i'm on the list somewhere at least, I'd jsut like to see it in my profile.

Also is there a specific EU section of the forum? It may be obvious but I'm pretty spaced on painkillers right now after some ligament tearing.

It should appear in your auto-notifies section almost immediately.  Are you looking at the website eu.evga.com (i.e., the page:
https://eu.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp)?  If you are in the EU, that is where you want your auto-notifies to appear. Sorry to hear about the ligament tear.  Good luck and heal fast!

Are you on the EU page vs North American page?  Did you sign up for auto-notifies with a different email than the one in which you are logged in under?
