I wish EVGA made a powerlink where the cable ports faced downward instead of horizontally. I even purchased one ages ago to see if I could mod it, but nope, there's circuit board in there not just extension cabling.

I have never heard of a PowerLink before. Has anyone had a good experience with one?

I just installed one today.  I'm having no issues.  I have a small card with pcie 8 pin input.  Probably looks better and held in more tightly on a larger card with a 6+8 or 8+8 pinout.
