Hey guys been a while since I built a small form factor PC. In fact the last time I built something of similar size was way back in the Antec Lanboy and even that was bigger than this thing's total footprint. For reference this is just a little bigger than the original Xbox One. As the title suggests, I built this for my nephew. He's really been getting into PC games over the last few years and was using an old i5 2500k with a GTX760. So I told him if he can keep his grades up and does all his chores and helps his mother around the house, I'd build him a newer more powerful PC. Well a couple weeks ago he showed me his report card with almost straight A's (he got a B- in history ) so I told him that I'd look around for some parts and when I get everything together, he could come over and help me build it.

Well this is his first ever build. I really just guided him on what goes where and how to plug everything in, he did everything else. Not too shabby for a 13yr old huh?

Several things here, Oh CraptacularOne.  That should be a nice upgrade from his old PC. It's great that you would do this, and help him/ motivate him with school. I wish I had an influence as yourself with PC's at an early age. He did a nice job routing and assembling everything. A nice compact system, that works for what he needs/wants = cool!

Thanks for the kind words. I’ll pass along the compliments of his cable routing. Though as far as how much of an influence I am I’m not sure, all he really was concerned with was how much better he could play fortnite and Apex lol

@RJ lol hey I’m not exactly a spring chicken these days either. Back when I was 13 years old the 486 was considered cutting edge Lol. But more than that when I was that age I was too busy running around outside to even care. Times have definitely changed
