Set clk 62,63 and the 2 blank ones to 1312.5-1312.5 Then go all the way up to the top and set the 1st 3 the same way and save.

make sure you flash your original modded rom, not mine, because i think the sc and ftw came with different bioses. Above I posted my original bios and a modded bios for your max stable settings, for reference purposes. Just copy everything over from mine to yours and flash. The screenshots detail everything.. Have fun.

Edit, this is your original bios...It may explain mem oc stability issues.
Filename:EVGA.GTX750Ti.2048.140211.rom
Version:82.07.32.00.50
Build date:2014-02-11 00:00:00
Date added:2014-04-26 11:55

http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/156974/evga-gtx750ti-2048-140211.html

Or use the original bios that you backed up for your card, modify the settings and flash. The screenshot threw me off. I apologize in advance if I am mistaken. I just want you to enjoy card and be issue free, with your newly oc'd card.

i dont know if our bioses are interchangable. I don't if its safe to use 82.07.55.00.50 or EVGA finally updated the FTW bios.

Re: Need to know about BIOS modding 2015/04/06 19:28:30 (permalink)
Ok thx a ton!!

However, I've already moded my bios that looks identical to yours.  But I put the base clock at 1450mhz (works too but TDP reaches the mid 90%s).  Which brings me to another question, is it better to 1, keep the clock at 1450mhz, or 2, lower it to 1430 and up the vram clock to 3100?

Is it worth it to overclock the vram while sacrificing some of the core clock?  I've already tried doing 1450mhz and 2800mhz (100mhz+) but again the TDP is hindering it.  ( don't want to go higher on the tdp.)

If it is worth uping the vram while sacrificing the core clock a little then ill use your bios you made for me.

disable gpu in device manager
when you flash use:
cd c:\nvflash
nvflash -i0 -6 hbzk100.rom
y

exit when done
enable gpu, reboot

how in the world do you do that?  I thought all GPU's overclock differently.

Boy this would be a great business for peeps like you.  You could sell these kinds of bioses to people who don't want the hassle and are willing to pay $10 for such a bios. ;)

Re: Need to know about BIOS modding 2015/04/06 19:56:17 (permalink)
basically, its
nvlflash -i0(index0=first card)
also if you use afterburner, set the voltage slider and power limit slider to the max. when you drop back down to 2d clocks, it will go back to 135/405 .955mV. If you go over 70C, the card will throttle, so set custom fan curve and make sure its set the fan to 100% @55C. be careful with furmark, its been known to fry cards....just a warning.

ok got it!!

BTW... Percision X is saying that my card is a SC not FTW.  why is that?  It's fine with me but I just want to make sure it doesn't damage my card because it says SC lol.

Ok ill up the power limit.  Why no power limit changes in the bios?

Idk how to thank you more.  I would give you some money but I don't have any money lol.

So? Are you all good now? Just be aware of temps, try to stay below 70C, cuz it will start throttling again, the reason I suggested 100% @ 55C.

I made changes in the power table in the bios, you just need to "enable" them. Are you sure the original bios is 82.07.55.00.50(SC) or 82.07.32.00.50 (FTW) ? If it was in fact a FTW, download and flash this instead, it will still have the same settings.

It doesn't say (SC) or (FTW), but I just checked my original (non modded) BIOS and it says 82.07.55.00.50.

what should i do? should i stick with this bios and see if it does well.  Or play it safe and go with the FTW bios?

Its ok, bro, its not about the money. I like helping other people, plus it took 10 minutes to whip out that bios for you, since I've modded my own so many times. If you are feeling brave, do you wanna test the new power table mods too?

I'm using these setting too.

nah.  I can't afford a new card so i'm not going to risk more than I need to.  Thx though.

What is the difference between the SC and FTW bioses?  Is it noticeable?

I have one more question.  Since my vram chips are cheaply made, is it ok to keep them at such a high clock rate of above 1500mhz?  What vram modules does your SC use?

Re: Need to know about BIOS modding 2015/04/06 22:35:54 (permalink)
that's why i set it so low. I have samsung. I think you will be safe between 3100-3300Mhz(6200-6600Mhz effective). Keep the card cool. Mine idles at 24-27C and its spring time here. Are you seeing artifacts? I think that is one sign of overheating vram. I have a favor to ask, could you post a copy of your original bios? I want to see its any different than mine...its dated 8/2014? I'm wondering if cross flashing is possible? Since I don't know what the difference is between our cards, except 10Mhz-core/boost.

My old 750, non-Ti could hit 6920 memory overclock. But my daughters knocked over the computer and killed it playing WWE in the living room. :( I miss that card....It snapped right at the connection tab, snapped clean off and the pc was upside-down when my wife and I came to see what had happened.....

oh wow, bummer.  that must of hurt seeing $120 of GPU dead. lol.

Ill see if I can send you the .ROM soon.  If not then ill send you a bunch of screenshots of the bios.

For now i'm done with overclocking, I've actually gone to stock bios.  Since I can max all of my games at ultra 1080P 60fps at stock settings (using double the wattage for only a 100mhz boost isn't worth it In my opinion).  I was just curious how far I could push my GPU.  Thanks again!

Ill be keeping the rom that you gave me so if I do overclock again I can play around with that. :)

Thanks, I tried the bios. I got a warning from NVFlash about flashing a FTW image(3842-3757) on a SC card(3842-3759), so I aborted the flash. Thanks for the share.
