Need info about my current RMA status

Hello.
 
I sent my graphics card to Evga EU, Germany. DHL tracking info says it was delivered on 8th of March, Wednesday. I can give you the tracking number if you need.
After two tickets I opened to get a confirmation about the delivery, support team replied that because of current stock count, there may be delays for scanning.
The RMA page still has no update today. According to the last ticket reply, it should've been updated by yesterday evening.

I don't mind the delay. If there will be a delay I'll wait for it, fine. All I want to know is if you guys received my package safely. Although DHL tracker says it's delivered, I doubt it somehow.

    I edited your thread to remove the RMA number.  I have also forwarded your case to EVGA's support team to best address your case.  One of them should be able to assist you.

    Hello tolgaozdemir,
     
    very sorry for the delay in handling your RMA and any confusion with the receiving of your RMA parcel.
     
    I looked into your current RMA's and do see we received your product in on Wednesday the 15th (yesterday)
     
    When the EU warehouse ships your replacement product you will receive an updated email with tracking information.
