Hello guys,i'm building my first pc and i struggling to install evga clc aio on am4 b450 tomahawk motherboard,do i need to remove backplate that came with motherboard ? or i miss some part ?

Welcome to the Forums, As of 5/14/2017 All New Retail CLC coolers should have a AM4 bracket in the box --> if yours is missing: Register your product then ---> Contact CS & ask for the AM4 Mount https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

i have almost installed it ,but the only problem i cant change the bracket, im trying to push it with all my force and turning it to left but it doesnt move at all it feels like it locked,been trying for 30minutes

Yes,i have watched all videos with installation guides and iv been trying exact same way,but there is no way you can remove it by your own,if you look at comment section there are plenty of people telling they cant remove this bracked,also i found this post on your forum ,you guys really should do a Bracket removable test at your factory before you sell it.

Hello Oilyforehead,
So it looks like we are having a little trouble with your CLC. Some times these brackets can be hard to remove, then need to be pressed downward from the bracket and turn it to the right. This would be from the view of the thermal paste side of the CLC. Now as mentioned by Cool GTX this is for user too user responses but from time to time an EVGA employee will chime in to help. The tubing rubs up against the side panel,is this okay? or i should do something about it?

I'm glad you got it figured out  Looks like an Employee from EVGA did make contact with you Sorry, but I did Not have a AM4 MB to look at and give you more Help --> (I am a Volunteer) I moved my radiator on my Intel CPU until the hoses had the best curve and did not rub. There is a PC product call Anti-Kink Coils that I've used on my custom loops to protect the tubing - you can find them at many online shops I bought mine from PerformancePCsIs this what your talking about -- you had to remove the original mounts the MB shipped with ?
