Need help with 3080 ftw3 ultra upgrade to the Hybrid kit

Hey guys! I have a 3080 ftw3 ultra and I just installed the hybrid cooler today. System booted after reseating the card a few times. It was running but idling at 70-75c. The radiator and radiator fans seem to not be working at all. Looked at X1 and it would allow me to change the colors and such but only 1 fan, rest were zero RPM.
 
I spoke to support and found out I had to flash the BIOS to make it a hybrid model. Gentleman showed me this forum and after installing the new firmware, things got worse. I made sure it's the correct model and everything but now I cannot even boot into windows for more than 5 seconds. Card seems to be overheating instantly, even turns off PC while in safe mode. I cannot see what X1 says since the program won't load in time for me to check. Anything that I can do?

    If it's over heating just trying to boot, you've got a bad mount. Take it apart, clean it up, repaste and try again. It's very important to get even pressure on the die with the cooler.
