What monitor & resolution are you playing at ?

I'd go with the second one; K - CPU & a SSD will improve the felt performance over 7200 HD - if you can live with Win 10

Neither. What's your budget? I live an hour away from you and can build you one by Tuesday, and meet you half way to drop it off. I'm assistant manager at a computer business in Virgil, Ontario.

Edit: We carry 7 Series Intel but we can get in anything you really want.

I can build a comparable system with more up to date specs and a GTX 1060 and still be very reasonable.

Both have their drawbacks. Although the SSD is nice, 128 GB will fill up quick especially since you're a gamer. How many games so you play and do you intend to have a large library?

No monitor yet but id say 1080p or less. The 1st I can get for 500$ the 2nd for 550$. For now the only game I would play is Path of Exile so I dont need anything like my PC at home. I tried looking to build my own but prices are crazy here and parts are hard to find.

I'd opt for the second one too but install a larger SSD.

The major factor here is the GPU. The SSD is a convenience thing and won't impact gaming compared to having a better GPU with 4gigs of vram.

    1st one easy.

Depends what your priority is. You'll get a marginal difference between both GPU's (10 to 15 FPS). Path of Exile (PoE) still performs quite well with the GTX 760. Personally, I prefer the faster CPU and SSD since you'll be only playing PoE.
