Need help... PC won't start again with new 3080 hybrid

I have Evga 750 W gold. No beep from PC nothing. Psu works fine... Re installed old 570 , PC won't start anymore.... did I... did I .... FRY the motherboard??? I ordered new 1000 w psu in case not enough juice. CPU: Intel i9 9900. I used 3 seperate 8 pin connectors. Thanks for the help

    Any symptoms when it wont turn on?Hear  or see anything.Check your cables coming from the psu.

    No sound, nothing, like dead. I checked cables, used different cables. Will see if the 1000 w will do anything tomorrow morning.

    make sure you did not "bump something by accident"
     
    GPU must be fully seated & locked into the PCIe slot .... With the PC unplugged... because Windows 10 (or any Version) shutdown does not turn Off the PC ... the power is still going to the MB
     
    confirm all 3 of the 8-pins are fully locked into position, sometimes they are very tight ... support the GPU as you push
     
     
    What MB ? does it have a POST LED display for Boot / Error Codes ?

    You talking about re-installed old GTX 570 GPU ? ...if so the latest nv drivers wont work with that GPU......I maybe misinterpreting what your exact step were....

    Exsample: Try to startup with only iGPU of CPU(s) and One-Memory.
    ・Use only one Memory and try to activate it.
    ・In addition, try the startup behavior of each Memory-Slot with that One-Memory.

    Or you may need to power cycle the PSU - switch it off and unplug it from the wall for several minutes.
     
    Or tear down the system, remove all components and cables, rebuild it with one ram stick, no GPU, no Drive and try to get it to post to bios on Integrated Graphics.
