The manual for the z370 classified K shows that the Azure Wave m.2 Key E pn# AW-NB165NF provides m.2 wifi support for 802.11 B, G, & N. I'm looking for something that will support AC or preferably AX to use with this board but the QVL list doesnt offer any help.
Can you make any suggestions?

It's under the get support column at the bottom of any product page .

    Hi @cotter32,
Thanks for the input, but the QVL that's posted where you suggest includes only memory and CPU support and is missing m.2 Key E support for wifi. Any suggestions?

Sorry, was half asleep, and didn't adequately read your post .  EVGA's compatibility lists aren't very extensive, so, no suggestion ...
other than use an external WIFI router .  You have two very good NICs that are already set up to do just that .
I have the same Z370 board, and use a separate modem ( ARRIS SB8200, compatible with my ISP ), and a separate WIFI router ( NETGEAR N600 ) .
Works great, plus I can wire network another computer, or four to it .

I tried the modem straight in, modern, high speed cable modem, long boring story; anyways the speed difference, with/without my older WIFI router
was negligible and not humanly noticeable .  A brand-new router would probably be no difference at all, plus you'd get the AC and 802.11 AX you want .
On sale, www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Nighthawk-5-Stream-Router-RAX30/dp/B09BK8PM1M?th=1, and easy to set up :)
Plus, does not use-up PCIe lanes .

@Cotter32, Turn's out that in my case the router isn't the issue.

I got a fairly decent Lynksis EA9500 about 2 years ago (primarily because it has the newish AC standard and I needed all 8 of the ethernet out ports it has). What I was trying to do is add a wireless card onto the m.2 key e-port of the z370 classified K. This so in case my ISP happens to have a service outage, I could still get the computer on-line using the hotspot connection that's part of my cell phone provider's service.

EVGA tech support basically told me they have only tested the wireless card shown in the manual and I should just try the other forums & see what others are using...

Wow, that's very interesting, but way too complicated for me .  Though I did accidentally find this pdf on some ways to do what I think you're doing .

Yup, that .pdf shows exactly what I'm doing. I'm never without an internet connection should my ISP go down. It's rare that ever happens, but since I work from home having a backup internet connection is pretty important. All I have to do is just turn on my phone's mobile hotspot and any computer or laptop I have setup to receive a wireless connection provides me with internet. Nowadays, a mobile hotspot connection is even fast enough to be useable with a computer or laptop.

So that's why in my OP I was asking about which wireless m.2 key e cards were compatible with the Classified K z370. Another option for me would be to use a PCI wireless card but that's a bit more bulky & I lose the PCI slot.
