Nahimic EQ broke, reinstall not taking.

I was getting some oddball issues with mic; Clipping and distortion, hard to describe.
 
So I started playing around with mic sample rate in Windows settings, I then lost my mic and audio even after reverting them to the same settings before and they still stayed gone.
 
I tried reinstalling the drivers, if I attempt the install Nahimic EQ I BOSD now with "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED". But the stock drivers install and work, and the card fully works with Equalizer APO, and my mic issues are gone.
 
Anyone else have problems like this with Nahimic EQ? And anyone know how to do a clean un-install of it? My only guess is something is very broken? Heck maybe I have soft locked the firmware, how do I hard reset the sound card?

    Additionally, I did a "sfc /scannow"; and windows tells me the OS is not corrupt.

    Also, since I am committing the sin of not giving specs here they are in case this is an architecture issue:
    -Windows 10 Pro
    -Ryzen 3900X
    -32GB DDR4
    -MSI x570 Meg Ace
    -GTX 1080
