Don't fall into the same trap I did in December when there were still rumors of it coming out in January. Missed out on the chance to buy a 3080 at original MSRP, had to get it via painstakingly following Discord and livestreams, and even then it was a good $200 more due to tariffs.
If you need a GPU and can get one now, absolutely do so. You'll enjoy it for at least a month, and very likely for a lot longer since the chances of you buying the 3080 Ti on launch will be very slim.

You mean microcenter? That’s the only other way I can think you can get a chance to buy 3080 at MSRP now.

If the screenshot I posted is real (it's from this thread: https://forums.evga.com/3080Ti-MSRP-is-absolutely-INSANE-m3314871.aspx ) then it shows that big box stores are carrying stock of EVGA cards although not that many. Closest to me is Atlanta and that only shows 6 of each card. I'm not trying those odds personally.
