My warranty is about to run out and my support ticket has not been answered. (Urgent!)

Hello, I'm new to the EVGA forums. I'm here for some quick help with an issue I have. My warranty on my RTX 2070 Black Gaming is about to run out in a few hours, but my support ticket has gone unanswered... Am I fine for RMA if my warranty expires as long as I did open the ticket and upload my invoice before the date? Or should I contact them on the phone ASAP? Thanks.

    I am having the same issue, I need a support ticket # to start an RMA... but my support question is still unanswered to generate a ticket #. I have 4 days left on my warranty.

    Calling on the phone is the fastest way to get a response. Waiting for a ticket response is slower.
