So my request for RMA has been declined because there was damage on the pcie goldfingers, but this was the condition the seller sold me the card in and they told me that it worked. I attached the image to the post, Hopefully something can happen because i wasn't the one who caused damage to goldfingers on the pcie and now i'm out of a video card. Thanks for reading.

Thanks for the reply, but i've tried to contact the seller and have had no response from them for almost a week. Pretty sure they blocked my number. So i'm just out of luck then?

Unfortunately it wouldn’t matter who caused the damage. The seller probably knew the card was not under warranty before it was sold. As stated above, you would have to talk to the seller. From how you phrased your post, you seem to have known you were purchasing a damaged product, so I doubt you will have get support from the seller.

The seller said the card was in "excellent condition" so i bought this with no doubt it wouldn't work

Unfortunately, this is the risk you take when purchasing second hand. This type of damage is not covered under the warranty. The unit needs to arrive in factory condition. The unit will be put through an inspection process. Unfortunately, this is not something we would accept.

If you used Paypal or credit card to purchase you might be able to file a claim with them. You need the seller to give you a refund in exchange for returning the card.
