After a few minor issues having random black screens i found it was a faulty PCIE power lead.
Few quick pictures now it's finally 100% ... I might add additional changes as time goes on.

It was some build with limited room and frustrating at times.
I dont know of any other 380T With a 240+120 Rad It's so tight and being honest it was a risk.

Specs

i7 6700k Skylake @ 4.7 Ghz - Was at 5Ghz but not stable at times.
Asus Maximus VIII Mini Itx Z170 Motherboard.
32GB Corsair Dominator Ram @ 3000
EVGA G2 750W PSU
EVGA TITAN X Hybrid Graphics Card ( 120ml Fan and Rad )
Corsair 380T Mini Itx Case
Corsair H100I Hydro Liquid Cooler ( With Upgraded SP120 Fans )
Corsair AF120 Rear Fan
Samsung EVO 850 SSD Drives X3
PNY SSD - Just for OS
Philips 4k 40'' Monitor
K95 Corsair Keyboard
Logitech G500 Mouse
Corsair Pro Surface
Windows 10 Pro

Origin - Teletubby89

I dont have every photo unfortunatly but a few so you can see some progression.

Screen, Card & Motherboard Arrived from Scan Computers :)

Titan X - Unboxed ...uhhhhh :)

I then strippped down the 380T case deciding how i would mount the titans rad.
This resulted in me deciding to mount unside with two fans ( evga and af120 overlapping )

I then started mounthing the board - Realised my CPU had not arrived but i was not going back !

Coverd the titan as the case was exposed.

Sorting the cables out ..

Few Days later the 6700K Skylake arrived and was itching to install it ... suprisingly because i had limited room i was expecting a hard time.

So it was ready i attached the side rail holding the 240 Rad -

And from the otherside ... damm she looks good !!

Added a small badge that come with the asus board.

Unboxed the new screen ... 4k Time !! :D

( PHILIPS BDMUC 4K ) - Anyone who buys this ... make sure you enable display port 1.2 or it might cause you a headache as it did with me.

Quick shot all up and running :)

I am planning the same build and could not find a good case for mATX that would allow for 240 + 120 rad. This convinced me to do ITX instead.

    Thank you for this.
