My FTW3 Ultra 3090 died in the middle of a game.

***Since I can't get any links to work and my picture is too big to upload, the red LED closest to the I/O remains lit upon boot. System doesn't post and motherboard beeps once long and 3 times short.***
 
Had to post pic that way. Couldn't get phone to upload on mobile site.


I have had the card for literally 6 hours and my system shutdown and came back up with this red LED staying lit with no post. Motherboard also beeps 1 long beep and 3 short beeps. Popped my old 1080 back in and it works fine again. All I did was start playing with the voltage which is extremely limited anyway. I don't know why it gave up the ghost already. Power supply is a Supernova G2 1000W so that shouldn't have been the issue.

Extremely upset. Not sure what to even do now aside from contact Newegg for a refund or RMA.
