I make it lauch at when logged in, it always fail.
After I make sure the failure , I restart it manually.
But finally it gets down after worked a while(not periodically ).
What is wrong with it?

Welcome to the forums.

Having a 2D and/or 3D profile assigned can cause Precision to unexpectedly close..This has been an ongoing issue.

If you have a 2D and/or 3D profile assigned in the Profile tab of the Settings (gear icon, bottom-right), set them to 'Not assigned'..Then click OK..Then close and open Precision again.

Versions 6.2.3 or 6.1.16 are probably your best bets as far as stability..You can get them here at the bottom of the download page.

After uninstalling Precision and restarting your PC, you should delete the EVGA folder located in the Program Files (x86) folder that contains the leftover .cfg files before reinstalling the same version, or installing a different version..Then set it up all over again.

Tnanks for your advising, bob.
I try to the advise and if it don't work for my case, then I change my precisionOCX to  stability version 6.2.3.

Since you have non icx card you could just use msi afterburner. Afterburner is way more stable than precision.
