So my 2080 Super decided to artifact and BSOD after cleaning it and applying new thermal paste (thermal grizzly). Now I can't install the driver and it just dies!! The card is out of warrenty and guess I need to get a 30 series  :)

    maybe you  tightened the screws from cooler  too much and damaged the chip die

    You could sell it "as-is/for parts" on eBay and at least get some of your investment back.  You'd be surprised what a "for parts" card goes for.
