Hello all.

My 1300 G2 don't power up  (out of warranty)  .  I remove all cables and plug only  24 pin ATX cable for test PSU out of PC case.
So I short  PS_ON pin (Green) to Ground (Black)  PSU fan start to turn 2-3 seconds and stop. In this case I read +12V +5V for 2-3 seconds and off.    And I read 3.97 volt on PS_on pin .

Anyone have any idea about the problem, is it capacitor issue?

Are you positive it is out of warranty. As long as the item was bought new and from an authorized seller you should have a 10 year warranty on it.
You can always register and upload the invoice to your account and contact supportEU@evga.com for assistance

Thank you for replay.  I bought it  3 years ago I couldn't find the invoice.  Because of that I think it's out of warranty.

See How do I test my power supply? in the EVGA FAQs.

If it fails the test, it's time for another PSU..There are no user-serviceable parts inside, per the user manual.

You can use the OuterVision Power Supply Calculator to get a good estimate of your system's wattage need and to see some recommended PSUs.
