    Turning the psu off/on resets its protections. If doing so helps get the pc running again it could be a gpu issue if you aren’t able to get the pc started after flipping the psu switch off/on. If you’re able to start the system after turning the psu switch off/on then it’s most likely a psu issue. I would run the occt psu test to see if the system will shutdown running the occt psu test. If it does shutdown running the psu test then it’s definitely the psu.

    Wow I watched your video. Did you contact support about the unit. I saw a video -
    in which Ari from Hardware Busters mentioned another 1000 watt unit taking a "beating" from a 3080 Ti.

    This is the card pulling over 450 Watts The 9900K is only pulling 130ish Watts.

    I've had a very similar symptom on my 5-yr old (at the time) EVGA PSU 1050w gold.
     
    EVGA replaced it under warranty - and with a brand new PSU of course.
