Most messed up services.

What a terrible services and customer care.
-Bought a sc15 laptop little over 2 months ago.
-about a month after graphic issue appeared.
-RMA started (paid myself)
-got my laptop back about 2 weeks after
-3 days after same issue reoccured(worse this time)
-2nd RMA started.
-rep told me they can't and dont do expedite shipping.
-laptop picked up by UPS ground.
-called EVGA and spoke with the supervisor who told me that he will start the expedite shipping return.
-got the laptop back (replaced with another RMAed laptop)
-noticed battery is not charging
-contacted and 3rd RMA started.
-week later got the laptop back
-plugged in the charger and cable turned on the laptop and BIOS page appeared.
-contacted and was told they sent a laptop without installing windows.
-EVGA suggested another RMA

I had to miss work for the UPS pickup. I've wasted about a month on just doing the RMA. The worst company I have ever dealt with. EVGA offered a full refund. That's the least they can do. The amount of time and money I had to waste is not gonna be considered as anything.

    I do very much apologize about your experience. It is not normal to have that many issues with Laptop.

    Wow.. Did all that in one month? You must be in the US.
    I did 1 RMA, took me 6 months (for another brand product, a Microphone, from US to Asia) -> Stupid, slow, greedy & corrupt custom people in my country ><

    Hi. Also on an RMA. As I have mentioned on another thread, I have been without GPU and no production done on my PC for a month now, and this is just for 1st RMA. I guess OP is lucky they he/she is in on US, otherwise it would have been way worse.
     
    Most other companies have some kind of local representative you can address to. But this is completely disorganized and a completely dissapointing service. 
     
    EVGA used to be my main manufacturer for core PC components, but with this experience, I'm starting to reconsider. 
     
    Now on my case, I just hope the RMA turns out to work fine, otherwise I will buy from another brand and sell whatever is received from 2nd RMA

    The service EVGA is giving me is ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. I am making a post about it and suggest you read it.
