What a terrible services and customer care.
-Bought a sc15 laptop little over 2 months ago.
-about a month after graphic issue appeared.
-RMA started (paid myself)
-got my laptop back about 2 weeks after
-3 days after same issue reoccured(worse this time)
-2nd RMA started.
-rep told me they can't and dont do expedite shipping.
-laptop picked up by UPS ground.
-called EVGA and spoke with the supervisor who told me that he will start the expedite shipping return.
-got the laptop back (replaced with another RMAed laptop)
-noticed battery is not charging
-contacted and 3rd RMA started.
-week later got the laptop back
-plugged in the charger and cable turned on the laptop and BIOS page appeared.
-contacted and was told they sent a laptop without installing windows.
-EVGA suggested another RMA
I had to miss work for the UPS pickup. I've wasted about a month on just doing the RMA. The worst company I have ever dealt with. EVGA offered a full refund. That's the least they can do. The amount of time and money I had to waste is not gonna be considered as anything.
